Hello! I’m Brianny Morrison, a bilingual educator, writer, and student success professional based in Denver, Colorado. I hold a Master’s degree in English (Rhetoric and Composition) and a Bachelor’s in Applied Linguistics from Georgia State University. I currently serve as the Recruitment & Communications Manager for Online Programs in the Division of Continuing Education at the University of Colorado Boulder, where I lead strategic recruitment and communication efforts to expand access to flexible, high-quality graduate education.
I have recently been accepted into the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership for Educational Equity (Higher Education) at the University of Colorado Denver (anticipated graduation in 2029), where I will continue deepening my commitment to equity-centered leadership in higher education.
I bring strong expertise in recruitment strategy, academic advising, data-informed outreach, and student retention, with a particular commitment to supporting first-generation and underrepresented students. My work includes mentoring students through key academic transitions, engaging Spanish-speaking families through bilingual communication, leveraging educational technology, and managing projects that foster inclusive, engaging learning environments in both online and in-person settings. All of my work is grounded in a deep commitment to equity, access, and student empowerment.
