Hello! I'm Brianny Morrison, a dedicated bilingual professional, accomplished educator, and writer with a strong background in education, a passion for fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a commitment to helping underrepresented students achieve their educational and career goals. I hold a Master’s degree in English with a focus on Rhetoric and Composition, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Linguistics, both from Georgia State University. I am seeking a challenging position where I can leverage my creativity and skills in communication, project management, and technology to contribute to the success of an organization dedicated to educational empowerment and student support.

I have extensive experience in the field of education, including my role as an Alumni Persistence Coach for Access 2 Admission at Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School, where I've managed a caseload of 841 alumni, providing individualized mentorship and advisement. I've supported the college persistence of low-income and first-generation students, delivering workshops on academic, personal, and career goals. My commitment extends to nationwide travel, conducting in-person meetings with alumni, and offering valuable support throughout their college journey. My bilingual proficiency allowed me to provide support to Spanish-speaking parents, facilitating meaningful discussions and providing clarity on complex college admission procedures. 

As a Part-Time Faculty member at Georgia State University's First Year Writing Program, I've successfully facilitated both online and in-person courses, utilizing Ed Tech platforms for optimal learning experiences. Given the rapid push to online learning since the pandemic, I appreciate the value of online educational tools in making learning accessible and engaging, especially in diverse environments. I've actively contributed to the development of a supportive online community, promoting engagement, motivation, and a sense of belonging. 

I possess a rich skill set, including bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, excellent written and oral communication, Salesforce administration, customer service excellence, strong proficiency with modern technology, online learning environments, proficiency in utilizing graphic design tools such as Canva, project management abilities, and imaginative thinking and problem-solving. I have a strong passion for education and enjoy working in settings where I can empower students from diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds.
